sorocua.com is an informational site where you can explore destinations, packages and services, and request quotes. Nothing is sold or charged on the website: no payments are processed and we never ask for card or passport details. Bookings, payments and ticketing are handled directly with a Sorocua advisor.

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• A “From” price is a reference rate for the conditions shown on the page; the final price depends on dates, occupancy, number of travelers and the options you choose.
• When a package shows “Price on request”, the rate is given in your quote.
• Applicable taxes and fees are itemized in each quote.

• The flight estimate is an estimated quote in USD, for reference only and non-binding. Fares, taxes, baggage and availability are subject to confirmation by Agencia de Viajes y Turismo Sorocua at the time of ticketing. The estimate includes the agency's service fee.

A request sent through the website is not a booking. Your booking is confirmed when a Sorocua advisor confirms it with the list of included services and the payment, change and cancellation conditions that apply.

Sorocua organizes and coordinates services provided by third parties: airlines, hotels, guesthouses, local operators, transport companies and travel assistance providers. Each supplier has its own conditions, which we share before you confirm. Our liability is governed by the Venezuelan regulations that apply to travel agencies. (to be confirmed by the agency)

Outdoor and sea activities depend on the weather, sea and road conditions, and on decisions by the authorities. For safety reasons, suppliers may reschedule, adjust or cancel an activity. Times and transfer durations shown on our pages are approximate and are confirmed before the trip. Natural phenomena such as bioluminescence or wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Each traveler is responsible for holding valid documents (ID, passport, visas, permits for minors, health certificates) and for meeting the requirements of the destination and the airlines. Sorocua provides general guidance, but the official information is that of the consulate or competent authority. Names on a booking must match the travel document exactly.

Tickets are governed by each airline's fare rules, which set baggage allowances, changes, refunds and penalties. Some fares allow no changes or refunds. Schedules and routes are set by the airline and may change. We share the fare conditions with you before ticketing.

We are Interwelt's representatives in Aragua state. Coverage, exclusions and assistance procedures are those set out in the terms of the plan purchased from Interwelt, which you receive when you buy it.

On tours and excursions you must follow the instructions of guides, boat captains and supplier staff, use the safety equipment provided and stay within the designated areas. Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The texts, photos, videos, logo and Sorocua brand belong to the agency or are used with their owners' permission, and may not be copied for commercial purposes without authorization. The reviews we display come from real clients and are published as written, with their name and source. Links to third-party sites (WhatsApp, Google, social networks) are subject to those sites' terms.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. Bookings already confirmed are governed by the conditions shared when they were confirmed.
