This policy explains what personal data sorocua.com collects, what we use it for, where it's stored and how you can access, correct or delete it. 2. What data we collect

When you request a quote or write to us through the form: - name; - phone or WhatsApp number; - email address; - city of departure; - travel dates; - number of travelers (adults and children); - the package, destination or route you're interested in, and your message; - the language you're browsing in.

When you use the flight estimator: origin, destination, dates, number of passengers and cabin.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email, language and subscription confirmation.

Campaign data: if you arrive from an ad or a link with UTM parameters (source, medium and campaign), we store those parameters with your request so we know which channels work.

Technical data: to protect our forms we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes browser signals to tell people from bots. Our infrastructure provider may log technical data such as your IP address for security.

3. What we don't ask for on the website

On sorocua.com we never ask for passport or ID numbers, card details, bank details or health information. If your booking requires them, you handle them directly with an advisor, outside the website.

4. How we use your data

To answer your request and prepare your quote.
To contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about that request.
To send you the newsletter, only if you subscribed and confirmed.
To measure how the site and our campaigns perform.
To prevent abuse and automated spam.

5. Where it's stored

Requests are stored in the site's database, hosted on Cloudflare (Workers and D1), whose infrastructure may be located outside Venezuela. The agency is notified of each request by email through an email delivery provider (Resend). If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

6. Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies, and Google Analytics 4, which does use cookies to measure in aggregate how the site is used (for example, how many people tap the WhatsApp button or request a quote). You can block or delete cookies in your browser. (to be confirmed by the agency)

7. Who we share your data with

We don't sell your data. We only share it: - with the suppliers needed to quote or book what you asked for (airlines, hotels, guesthouses, operators or Interwelt), and only when you move forward with them; - with the technology providers that run the site (hosting, email and analytics); - with the authorities, when required by law.

8. How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and for reasonable follow-up. (to be confirmed by the agency) You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to sorocuaviajes@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +58 424 321 1516. We'll reply through the same channel. (to be confirmed by the agency)

10. Minors

Requests must be made by adults. For children who travel, we only ask for the number of children (and, if the fare requires it, their age), never other personal data on the website.

11. Security

The site always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to requests is limited to authorized agency staff with a username and password.

If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page with its update date.
